We want you to be fully satisfied with your Ksubi purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all full-priced items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that items marked as final sale are ineligible for return or exchange unless deemed faulty.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain attached and intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
